Lock rite lockers make a locker for the 500 only locks in 4x4

Another good video I guess I could make all the pieces out of Plexiglass ? I dont know how to make a track for the middle part to slide in ,How could I make a sliding part without using a Track ? Does that fan put out enough to keep you cool at all ? The reason I ask is that driving mine I stay cool enough but when I stop I get hot because of no air flow. Did you ever get the Torq locker and if so what are your thoughts about it and also same question about the power steering ?

All of mine is Plexiglass. The track is made from aluim. C channel. The fan gives off great air flow.

@@papawsplace What is the thickness of the Plexiglass? Seeing that I dont know how to Make the c channel into a track can I just buy the track ,and if so where ? Concerning the fan what size is it,where did you get it ? will I need an extre battery to run the fan or just run it off the regular battery?

You might consider a torq locker , makes it a different machine. I also installed a power steering unit since I am an old guy with bad shoulders. And in a box on the back rack a larger jell battery to drive any and all the accessories you may ever want to install . I love my pioneer 500. I want to thank you for that super windshield modification you shared .

Very Welcome. Yes Sir. I've considered installing the torq locker. I know it would make this little sxs go as good as a 4wheeler then.

@@papawsplace I think if you install the torque locker you’ll need to install power steering otherwise you may not enjoy the way it drives
