Dude, this is super helpful! I had the exact same problem, the mark on the paper and everything. My kid put a ring and a screw in the printer and I didn't know it. Thank you for sharing this. My printer works just fine now.

Oh my gosh, thanks for this! I was literally just about to throw my printer away as I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working... I've just pulled out some paper and a pen from the rollers and now it's working fine! Brilliant! Thank you!
