I love TTYD and it's my favorite Paper Mario. But in all honesty, 64 should have gotten the remake instead as the sprites in that are so different from the rest of the series that a remake of it would be the most drastic change artstyle wise among them all. Not to say 64's sprites are outdated, but they kind of are compared to it's sequels. I just would love to see the original Paper Mario in the modern artstyle.

This is before Mario was given the *Lucky Star* key item and before Mario and [partner] were able to dodge and counter the enemies' attacks (in the later games), so the Prologue and part of Chapter 1 were basically unavoidable to damage and weren't given extra actions.

I like both versions because they took inspirations in some in-game areas and recreated from scratch textures of the 1st 2nd and 3rd stages of transitioned changes Nintendo did in the Paper Saga, besides that, it's still fanmade so that means they can change it and do better whenever they fell like it taking the feedback into account.

Quite impossible to take no damage even you guard well with action command. You stil take minimum damage no matter since there's no superguard in original Paper Mario
