I know alot of people don't like the legion of stationary. But really like them. They have fun personalities, there boss fights are fun and creative, and there boss themes... holy shit the boss themes. And I mean, one of them is a french box of pencils that hates popculture and has a thing for missles. That is possibly the most uniqe mario character of all time.

Ok I have something to say about the bosses. I think we all know that there were some creative limits portrayed by someone from Nintendo about third party Mario games that affected Paper Mario since Sticker Star (this, according to the recent interview). At this point, I think it's incredible how someone mashed an object into a boss fight, and it's epic. Really, would you give this epic theme to a tape, or a pencil case? Or would you give them an certain attitude or creative attacks based on their form? This is what makes everything about these bosses so particular. Of course, I wouldn't mind real OCs in Paper Mario, but this what I call "surpassing the obstacles", for the artists of the game.

@@FBEAR05 I like the Legion of Stationery. They all have their own unique personalities. Tape is a Brooklyn gangster/biker, who doesn't like leaving traces of evidence. Colour Pencils are a French artist, who despises pop culture. Rubber Band is an egotistical entertainer, who puts themselves at the centre of attention. Stapler is a dog, which honestly makes sense. Scissors are a noble knight/samurai, who has been itching for a worthy opponent. And last, but not least, Hole Punch is groovy and funky disco loving devil, who just loves to bust a move.

I dunno, once the entire stage is taped together and moves as a single unit, it can happen that you have to go a few rounds literally not being able to do anything since all arrows lead nowhere and the icons are set up in a way that you can't reach them. Had that happen to me, three rounds of not being able to get to the chest in order to get the other necessary icons and also no way to heal. The gimmick itself is cool but the execution was a little bad.

i like the Legion stationary, they just have very funny personalities and their mechanics in the fights are just *kiss* beautiful. Tape has to be my favorite with his tacky *or sticky* personality. he also brings the most unique way of battle to the table with his second phase at which he tapes the ground meaning whatever the 2 lanes he sticks together means they will slide together and will make it harder to slide since you can't slide them across the board through the boss. and the ending to the fight is just hilarious. he is pleading for mercy but then decides *fuck it*. This is funny and a good boss fit all together.

Okay now this is my favorite boss in the game. I have only just beaten him up to this point and he was the best boss to me. This is the most recent boss I beat, and so far it has been my least favorite boss. I wasted many turns because I'm unable to form a path to the thousand fold hands or fire vellimental due to the tape, and when I finally burnt the tape with the fire, he taped up a path to the thousand fold right away! Screw this boss!
