It’s fascinating how they based this version off of the Japanese script. Some lines I really like were cut, but it’s still fascinating playing the version where Hooktail is female, her weakness is a frog instead of a cricket, and TEC’s camera is red instead of blue.

Hooktail was always female even in the original English translation, just that no one knew so they used he/him pronouns, and it was only revealed when Gloomtail called her his sister. But yeah some of the differences are throwing me off lol. As good as how they handled Vivian is, it's just wrong calling them the Three Shadows instead of Shadow Sirens.
