The main riff was played on the SG which. With the Casino it sounds way to thin (no beef) At 4:22 those open chords where played on the Casino vir Fender Amp Tremolo effect. With the SG is sound to brittle and breaks up to easily for a clean tone

m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/boPdnJJjhMZljbc&pp=ygUXUGFwZXJiYWNrIHdyaXRlciB0YWtlIDI%3D#bottom-sheet Check this out I thought it was on the sg too until I watched this video of the first and second take backing track , since there’s no vocals the only thing micd are the guitars , drums and vocal mic for tambourine You can hear ringo and George picked up from their percussive mics while McCartney is barely audible since he’s playing electric guitar. This backing track to me sounds very mid ranged trebly. Since George isn’t playing guitar , Paul would be playing his 1962 casino since it’s the only left handed guitar in the studio. This backing track also highlights the sound of the tremolo which John is playing to me sounds decently clean but probably has a little bit of break up. In my opinion this track screams Paul playing his casino for the main riff , but later with McCartneys bass overdub definitely fattens the mix. I know my tones are exactly accurate but to me the backing track highlights how mid ranged the guitar actually is prior to what I previously thought

@@adamp8765 One on Reverb for $14k US if interested 😂 If I was actively seeking this tone I'd rather spend a couple hundred on pedals

They did actually have pedals, especially by this time (1966), the one everyone knows about being a fuzz pedal (can't remember the name), but search it up and you will see The Beatles did have and used pedals
