I honestly think that this is the most perfect album I've seen so far, the pages are just big enough to fit pictures AND to show off the beautiful paper. Love the beauty and simplicity of this album. After all these are picture albums and it's the pictures that have to be front and center not all the decorations and nic-nak's added to the pages. WOW love love love this album!!

This MAMA series is great. Several great ideas to incorporate into a project that I'm working on and with the help of the binder and gussets I can enlarge the project. I'm wondering though...is the material used for attaching the spine and the two covers made of a paper? I was thinking of using canvas. Don't quite know about the material to use. Thanks for sharing.

I hate to ask this & feel stupid for doing so as I can see no one else has, but can you tell me what sizes you cut your mats? Not all of them, as i know there's a lot of them, but maybe just a couple? I'm new to this & it's part of the trouble i have, the matting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's wonderful to hear that you're enjoying the videos & I truly appreciate all your kind words! To answer your question, I generally cut mats 1/8" smaller than the page. For instance, if a page measures 6" x 8", the mat size will be 5-7/8" x 7-7/8". It's a subjective thing, though. Some crafters prefer a wider border (1/4" for example) while others prefer no border (edge-to-edge mat). Go with whatever is aesthetically pleasing to your eye … there's no right or wrong!!
