Funny true story: You know how we prioritize our dogs' needs whenever we're traveling -- whether it's food, grooming products, whatever? So one time, we were both so rushed, that when we arrived I realized I'd forgotten to bring my own shampoo. So I used the Clean Start and the Thick and Thicker which I already had with me, and that left my hair so beautiful, I've used them ever since. 😄 My hair is straight/silky like a Papillon's, so I guess that makes sense!

Thank you for this info, specifically what brush and length of pin to use on the Papillon coat. You might have already addressed this in a previous video that I missed, but can show what tools, techniques and products are used to get that “chrysanthemum head” on a West Highland Terrier.
