What time of year did you go that it was so empty? Also, do you recall any of the other name changes that happened? A lot of videos I've seen have mentioned Lemon Fish and Cappela's but neither of those are their website!

We went in November and the buffet was my favourite 🤣 we would go for breakfast at 7am and it was my favourite time of day and the service was so pleasant in the early morning on the patio side, breathless. We paid extra for the lobster dinner at Fuego on of the nights and it wasn’t the best.

I've just found your channel. I'm glad you liked your first all-inclusive experience because I'll need you to visit more of them due to you being a foodie who tells it like it is. It's so difficult to find foodies who do A-I resort reviews. You showed most of the dishes you discussed but I wish you showed all of them (that you discussed)...especially the pasta dish.

When it comes to all inclusive resorts, you must manage your expectations buffet wise. I went and it was just fine for all 3 meals

I saw some reviews that said it wasn't really all inclusive as advertised. Is this true?

It is definitely all-inclusive! There is 1 restaurants NOT included in the all-inclusive price (the steakhouse) but everything else is included. Hope that helps!

Thanks for this great review! How were the pools? Ive seen some comments that they are cold? Any construction on-site? Did you happen to check out the kids club, was it open?

The pools weren't cold when we were there. They felt totally refreshing- perfect temp. There was some construction in the main area which was kind of annoying but it was still a beautiful property! Lastly, we didn't check out the kids club but we did meet some parents there whose kids were in what i assume was the club and did activities with other kids of a good part of the day while the parents got to relax by the pool bar haha. Hope that helps!

Yes! They had a whole day club for kids to go and play with eachother while instructors watched over them.

How much do you normally tip?

Depends on the service! A couple bucks if there's waiter service at a buffet or all-inclusive restaurant. A dollar (20 pesos) for a drink but maybe more to all of that if we really liked the person!

@@vvvvvreib8670 5th avenue is literally 2 blocks away from the resort and runs parallel to the beach. Its super long so you can walk a long ways. Guys might come up offering you excursions and weed but it's very safe and touristy and you'll see police roaming around too. On 5th, even at night it's very busy so you don't have to worry about being on a deserted street. Even when we went further than that for dinner and stuff, everything seemed very safe. Just be aware of your surroundings and use common sense but I'd definitely say it's worth roaming! Walk around during the day if it makes you feel safer😊

No, it was all inclusive! There is 1 restaurant that you have to pay for but we didn’t go there. Hope that helps!

Yes, we felt very safe and secure, even taking local busses to the downtown area. Don't be afraid!

no they don't but they have a bar that stays open and has shows/ plays music. a couple of nights people were dancing in there as well. hope that helps!

It's NOT FREE! Your room rate is twice that of a regular hotel had it all inclusive. To say the food is free is a stretch
