"The best" house. Other than the outlook, you have explained how well the spaces for laundry, storage, garden, garbage separation are alloted. That's the beauty of this house. Waiting to see the kitchen and it's storage spaces. Nothing is missing in this paradise except a fruiting tree. Plan to plant at least one. By that way you can welcome unknown birds and squirrels.

Recently seen a few new houses..the living room roof was of this double height. I always wonder why we go for such tall roof. How do we maintain that space? Dusting and spider webs removal, how do we do? If we have to hire professionals to keep the place clean, it's not very maintainable. I think easy maintenance must be one criteria when we design a house.

It all depends on the client's requirements. If they want double height, then they will be ready to maintain it as well. Many light weight taller step ladders are available in the market.

As always.. 👌 just one thing.. people who lives only in India still believes in vastu.. once they move to any other country.. they don't care.. or it doesn't exists.. Or even a keralite living bangalore.. they are ready to live in a closed house with limited air circulation and natural light.. as you mentioned.. too much thinking about vastu is gonna give you unwanted tensions and trouble..
