Can you use the backup camera on the g2 road test ? When I did driving lessons my instructor said that I can’t, but google and a few people on reddit said that I can. So I don’t know which is correct.

You can use your backup camera just glancing don’t be dependent on it examiner will not have any problem

You can use the camera during the exam, but try not to rely too much on it when doing reverse actions. It’s best to maintain focus on the task at hand and use the camera as a supplementary tool rather than a primary aid

You are not meant to be dry steering, this could result in a deduction of points and possible failure.

I am teaching over 20 years and I never heard that somebody can get deduction on the points or failed driving test because of turning the wheel without moving if you don’t say something that you don’t know
