An almost inconceivable tragedy - That's how the ambulance commissioner described the stabbing death of a young paramedic who was just starting a family. Steven Tougher was attacked as he did paperwork in the back of his ambulance at Campbelltown early this morning. His alleged killer, who is just 21, was taken into custody at the scene.
