No single trait, Doing this job i see that every crew member brings their own traits to the job, you can be in the job 20 years or 20 minutes and you continue to learn, every job is different and being able to change things as they happen is crucial. It is a rewarding job but can also affect you mentally if you do not use the support systems in place.

I think they should be caring, respectful and ask if anything hurts if they’re like sick or hurt somewhere but they don’t quite know. Thats the traits I think they should have in my strongest opinion. Anyone else have something similar?
