Hello Mr Balkan, How can I make thickness to this membrane materials!? Because when I run the project on Rendering software some of them disappear like if they don't even exist! I think because they don't have thickness at all!
@tsepoirina43936 жыл бұрын
I followed this step by step and it turned out great. I decided to go further and have 3 poles & 3 points on the ground( 2 triangles rotated 180 degrees ,one on the ground and the other at the 'height'level reference plane). had trouble getting reference planes in place but eventually did. to get the construction lines to align to the planes proved futile and at the end the create form gave 4 flat triangles (like an open tetrahedron) . How would you do it to get a tensile surface ?

Awesome, but Balkan im new to revit and i have some bumps on the road now , i make a custom stalked wall (generic)of height of 2200mm and then on top a 400mm concrete ringbalk so when i do my section it turn out good but when i see it in elevations or in 3d i can see the line of the concrete ringbalk showing, and how can i stop it from showing the 2 lines ?
@filippovincenti6 жыл бұрын
glenn yarzagaray maybe you can change the precison of the detail in the 3d view. Is a small rectangle near the scale and the view style. You can choose between 3 option. Or even tray to change the scale use a lower one like 1:50... The Revit kid is also a nice Chanel whit tons of tutorial. He has a nice tutorial about stalked wall. Check this out.

glenn yarzagaray You could hide the lines you don’t want to see using the Line works command (lw) and setting the lines to invisible. Sometimes it fails to hide (too many overlapping lines) but its worth a try.

Hello, I know I am 2 years late but I am a beginner and am learning through your videos! Very easy to understand! I would just like to know, how do you save the file after you completed the tent structure... I am having big trouble with that as I tried saving but it doesn't load properly nor does it show in my other projects when I insert it... I even tried to save proper visibility settings on the actual tent structure and it still does not work... Any help please? :'(

Here is a flat roof challenge, Industry standard 2% roof required 4% cricket at 30:10 ratio angle from bird eye view. 2% roof is easy slope on one side. 4% cricket is bit more work to make seam match 2% roof. We can menuly use modify tool to adjust flat roof to make 4% Or We can use dynamo to stream line it. Or Can you make a video on using adoptive family to stream line it?
