नाही फक्त पुण्यातीलच नाही तर पुण्याबाहेरून आलेले बिल्डर सुद्धा. आणि हे तर भूगाव बद्दल बोलताहेत, हिंजवडी मध्ये जे नवीन प्रोजेक्ट झालेले आहेत त्यांची परिस्थिती पण अशीच आहे. हिंजवडी मध्ये राहून पण शुद्ध पाणी नाही तर वीज पण रोज दोन तीन तास जाते टॅक्सेस मात्र भरमसाठ घेतात.

Perhaps completion and occupation certificate is not yet issued and hence they are charged water and electricity with commercial rates which are always high. It is to be investigated that why completion or occupation certificate is not issued if it is so and whether builder has violated any norms from sanctioned plan? The protesters instead of sitting on road shouldtake help of good architect & lawyer to know the truth and solution.

काही वर्षांपूर्वी आम्ही फॅारेस्ट ट्रेल मध्ये घर घेण्याच्या हेतूने साईटवर गेलो होतो. मार्केटिंग टीमने अद्ययावत अशा मॅाडेल वर प्रेझेंटेशन केले, काही पूर्ण झालेली घरे पण दाखविली. काही कारणास्तव आमचे त्या स्कीम मध्ये घर घेणे बारगळले. तेव्हा वीज व पाणी पुरवठायात अडचणी येऊ शकतात ह्याची कल्पना देखील बिल्डरने दिली नाही. सरकार ने सर्व ग्राहकांसाठी एक चेक लिस्ट प्रसिदध करावी ज्याच्यात संभाव्य अडचणीचा समावेश असावा, जेणेकरून बुकिंगच्या अगोदर ग्राहकांचे चुकीचे मार्गदर्शन होणार नाही.

With township citizen concern, and issues. But Is this political agitation, why they were quiet when MVA Government was in power or before election, why they did not come out to present their issue earlier ?? Anyway township in forest investment must be avoided by any one. Even in Pune, power failure are rampant and many times for long time. With time price of all commodities rise, specially in remote area. Anyway wish all best, if this agitation is apolitical.

Mr. Singing (It's an interesting name!!!) Rest assured, at the moment this has nothing to do with politics or party in power. Rather, there is a high possibility PSCL was in cahoots with previous ruling parties when this project obtained all the permissions for private townships. It's well known how 7/12 politics has been existing in Maharashtra since last 70 years. And this is not a reaction to your comment, I live there, long enough.

@swatikoparkar Madam I am not brahmin but have very close relations and friendship with Brahmins. Brahmins are comaparitivly clean and have some principles in business . They always hesitate to give bribe when work can be got done without money and try to get the work done as far as possible in less bribe and hence get harrashed by govt and municple officers .Where as Gujrati and Marwadi community is very liberal in paying bribe. I have seen some other community builders even take officers wife for vegetable purchases in their own cars. Where as Brahmins are very reluctant to such work.I so many times told to do such work as others are doing but thayhave their own principles.
