I saw (with my eyes, not a camera) my first orb 2 months ago in my living room around 12:35am. Bright white with an orange hue, golf ball size orb. No other light sources around. No passing cars, no tv light, etc. It slightly illuminated the dark room. I caught it on security camera entering and exiting our garage to the main house. I did not feel threatened. That was no damn dust particle.

I saw an orb with my own two eyes, zooming around my cat. As soon as it became aware I was watching it, it rose higher, and zoomed away. I've never experienced anything like it before, and am still stumped. It wasn't a bug, dust or pollen. It was black and got darker as it got to its center. Problem here is that any person with common sense who watches an Infrared security camera for a period of time will figure out pretty fast that these Light Orbs are no question, an independent life form moving about on it's own power. Period! Now since their is no manual for Light Orbs you have to figure out some of it by watching them and maybe ask opinions of others who understand Orbs. Problem there is you will get a huge array of opinions so you have to listen and take as a grain of salt, but you'll figure out what you need to know after spending time watching the Light Orbs. Oh and yes there are things appearing like light Orbs as this video explains. But Trust me, they are real, they have been around longer than humans have been and they mean you no harm! That I do know!

Exactly. Orbs that I have experienced have a fixed direction of travel. Also that travelling can be in any direction and the speed of each orb also varies. So no I don't think orbs are dust.

We have tons of Orbs on our property literally hundreds of them. I have a ton of footage from my security cameras. They move like schools of fish in the oceans. Yes I have seen groups move chaotic like all over the place and I've also seen groups move in perfect unison like a school of fish as you described. Its seems like you could "feel" them like how a ghost can make you feel cold but I've never felt anything even with dozens flying " through" me! Mysterious little buggers!

I'm happy to finally see someone describe a large group of orbs moving like a school of fish! That is a 100% correct description of their movement. My ex's father passed away in his bedroom and several years later he and I moved into the house as it was a family owned home. The room where he died had 100's of orbs flying around in unison. They would fly directly at the camera and it reminded me of how it looks in a sci-fy movie when someone takes off in a spaceship at light speed and the stars just "streak" by, lol..thats my best way of describing it. Later my ex's grandmother passed. She had a nanny cam in her room and many days before she passed her room had 100's swarming around also. It went on all day and night although nightvision picked it up better. The interesting part was that she had dementia and had spells where she'd cry out all upset and the orbs like went crazy. Its like they wanted to help but didn't know how. When she passed they left. Something for non-believers to chew on.

I was sitting on my couch in my apartment speaking to a buddy of mine that was sitting across the room on his laptop. I suddenly felt a vibration on my left side of my torso and heard a pulsating sound. As I looked down at for what was causing this I was blinded by a glowing red ball of energy the size of basketball and the pulsating sound grew louder. Well from what I know it is probably a ghost orb or just dust particles floating up with the air current or heat current coming from your body. But what you need to be looking into is the size of the particle/ghost orb. Because the bigger the particle or ghost orb the more it goes down to the ground. So if you see a big orb that is floating around that could mean it is a spirit. Plus if you see it with your own eyes as it is floating around up and down left and right that means it could be big enough to be a ghost orb.

I've seen a bright orb of light the size of a baseball with my own two eyes inside with the lights on hovering a metre away from me, it turned into a cigar shape and flew off incredibly fast into a dark room with the door slightly ajar. When it took off the tea towel it was hovering above in the middle of the rack swung incredibly violently after it sped off, yet all the clothes on both sides of the tea towel on the rack were completely still. I was talking to my wife when this happened, she saw the tea towel moving but did not see the orb and the tea towel was mind blowing for her. About 5 years ago this happened at appromiately 9pm at night.

The “dust” must have a Conscience. Because I have Recorded orbs that do you things on command. Like I will ask it to touch my hand and you can see you on camera a orb come up to my hand and then move away. Or when I ask the spirit to come right up to the camera so I could take its picture and it does it right on command. Also dust doesn’t omit its own light. Dust reflects.

Evidence or it never happened. No shit dust doesn't generally emit its own light, it's typically reflected light from the camera flash or fill flash or other nearby ambient light source. It ain't rocket surgery...

Also the fact that a random bit of just happens to swirl around and coincidentally come near your hand isn't evidence of consciousness. Dust floats randomly, typically there's plenty of dust all floating in different directions, so it's just a matter of time before one of the dust motes happens to travel in the direction of your hand. Correlation isn't causation. Also, when you move your hand to put it in frame, you're literally moving / swirling the air around it, presumably causing air eddies that might well serve to cause dust to "swirl" toward your hand. Which, again, isn't fucking evidence of ANYthing... Other than a dusty room and basic fluid / atmospheric dynamics.

I think this is the case but I also So know there are orbs and I just captured a spirit orb in video and photo on my new property two days ago. It’s a literal intentionally moving orb in the video. In the pictures it’s clearly an orb and in one it projects a light to the ground. This opinion, I agree, is the case with many orbs. However, there are many that are truly orbs and I’m a first hand experience.

I would have believed everything they said up until yesterday. I've been seeing orbs with my own two eyes in my home that I can't capture on camera. This is been going on all last night, all day today and all this evening. As I'm typing this I just saw one to my left. The difference between bugs, dust and other debris is that it will not form complex structures or images. I went through everything that has been covered here and I still believe that they spiritual entities. BTW I've been doing this for 3 years now recording other spiritual phenomenon. I have video of orbs coming out of my walls, ceilings, and mirrors. What's strange is that its only me in the house they appear to. i have one posted to you tube channel where its like fireworks its crazy. Once in middle of the night i left my room downstairs and went up stairs to let dog out. When i left my room i shut door, went down hall, turned right and headed upstairs. As soon as i left room the camera turned on and caught and big white glowing orb coming out of the room i was in through the wall and slowly floated across the width of the hallway and through the wall of the adjacent room. No way was that one dust particle or a bug. i have bug videos too just to compare them to the orbs and the bug ones are so erratic and spastic how they fly but im telling y'all these aint no dust particles. why do they only appear around me? and how in the world could i generate enough movement by walking into a room (very slowly i might add) to stir up dust that is way at the other side of the room? i shut my curtains, turn off air conditioner or heater, no ceiling fans are on, no windows are open. it just hasn't happened to any of you so your naturally skeptic.

Before yesterday I would have believed everything you guys just said but something has been happening in my home since yesterday that has nothing to do with cameras but everything to do with the orbs. I've been seeing these orbs from my peripherals. At first, I tried to convince myself that I was seeing things, kind of like when you see stars but it's really just your eyes playing tricks on you or whatever. However these orbs persisted. At first I kept seeing it to my left like the first five times. Then I saw it on the right side of me. Then the seventh time it was right in front of me and it stayed there long enough for me to know that I'm not seeing things. This is my first paranormal experience but it's a good one. I have positive vibes and kind of don't even want these orbs to go away. I never thought I would feel this way about a paranormal experience. BTW, I've lost track of how many times I saw it after about the 13th time in less than 30 minutes. The weird part is I try to pull out my phone so I can record it but my phone isn't picking up on what I'm seeing. It only lasts for a split second every time. But there is no mistaking that what I'm seeing is definitely some sort of multi dimensional entity. Again, at the thought of paranormal activity one would think that this would scare me and I would pray for it to go away. I'm actually hoping this presence stays because I'm getting nothing but good vibes from it...weird but kinda cool. With this, I have to respectfully agreed to disagree with what the folks on this channel are saying. They're trying to create logic out of something that they haven't seen with their own two eyes. Something weird happened when I was younger. I didn't believe in paranormal stuff. Wasn't really on my mind ever. I woke up to see an orange orb about the size of a grapefruit floating in front of my face. I backed up immediately, and it also moved back. I can't even begin to describe what it looked like. Saying it was orange doesn't do this thing justice. There was movement inside, kind of like fluttering, and there were different shades of orange and red streaking through it like lightning. I don't know how long I stared at it before coming to my senses and moving farther back against the wall. It moved again, also farther away from me. I was terrified and not knowing what to do, I threw a pillow at it. As soon as the pillow made contact with the thing, it disappeared and the room became pitch dark, except for a glow in the dark skeleton thing that was bright again as if it had recently been exposed to light. I screamed and ran to my parents room. They said it was a nightmare. I will admit 100% that it could have been, even though I don't recall waking up a second time and the darn skeleton was glowing. Human minds are weird. I'll always be a bit curious about the event, especially after recently hearing about other people seeing orbs (not on camera). But again, the brain is strange and maybe there's something that can happen, like a random neuron firing or wires getting crossed and people see orbs sometimes. I have no idea.

If it helps you make sense of what happened to you, I will say I've been seeing orbs here, with my own two eyes, since yesterday. I just came up here to stay with some friends. I've been here for about a week now but just started seeing this yesterday. They sent me an email a while back of a door shutting on its own. Then, I was reminded on my way up here in a "lbvs" type manner that they have ghosts. Once I got up here everything was fine for about the first few days up until yesterday. I've been seeing these orbs all last night, all today and all this evening. The weird part is I'm not even scared of them like I thought I would be with my first paranormal experience. I get good, loving vibes and I kind of like having it around. Without describing exactly what I was seeing, I let my roommates know that I've met their guests and ask them to elaborate on any other type of activities they've seen in their home. They do have cameras in this house and they let me know that they have captured orbs on camera. One of my roommates has also seen dark shadows and figures walking from one room to another. She told me that pretty much every day, pretty much all day, she will see little balls of lights in her peripherals but she doesn't really feel affected by them in a good or bad way. Here's the really crazy part. *IM SEEING THE EXACT SAME THING!!!* Sometimes it's right in front of me but for the most part it stays in my peripherals. Crazy part is I never explained the details of what I was seeing to them. Without ever articulating my personal experience they stated theirs and it matched mine to the T. That out rules the chance of it being a dust particle on their camera or my eyes playing tricks on me. There *ARE* multi-dimensional entities and, after the past 24 hours, I'm here to tell you that this is a fact!😉

This is a great discussion on “still photography” with flashes, shaking the camera, dust, etc. Is there another video about “motion capture”? There are many people (myself included) who have photographed orbs on video using infrared security cam footage at night. Nobody is walking around, the camera is stationary, yet orbs are flying around. Perhaps you have an explanation for this?

Yes the IR lighting illuminates the object same as the flash will hence why it will "glow" even more. It will all so do the very same for bugs.

I used the camera in my mom’s room for 6 months and only saw these, many times, all times of day, beginning about a month before she passed. I never thought about orbs until I saw it the first time. It's literally the EXACT SAME THING. You think light doesn't reflect off dust just because it's moving, and being caught on video? It's literally the same optics, just multiple still pictures put in order 30-60 times per second. So, again, literally just capturing dust [or insects possibly attracted by the IR light, and flying around right in front of the camera lens, thus optically causing flying/moving "back-scatter" / "orbs"]...

I know this is an old video but its new to me. I'm only replying cause this irked me a bit. Me and my ex moved into his parents home after his dad died from a heart attack. A few years later he got a new phone and that night I was in our den playing around and was going to record him. I freaked out cause there was numerous orbs flying "at" me in the screen. I knew immediately what they were. I don't know if its connected but this is the room his dad died in. Then several years later his grandmother was in bad health. There was a camera installed in her room to watch over caregivers. There was tons of orbs in her room all the time. The last few days of her life there were even more. After she passed they all dissapeared. They are absolutely real and probably spirits in some way. If you ever experience 1 or 2 you can ask them to do certain things ( fly to my hand ect) and they do it. Theres a conscience to them. They've never scared me. I find them fascinating. Very important post. You must keep yourself over the reason all the time. Once sitting next to my wife in a room inside our house, illuminated with natural light. I was busy with some documents and my wife was sewing something by hand. Suddenly and for no apparent reason, a cloud of very bright white lights forms at the entrance door of the room. It moves as if the lights were dancing a waltz between them. They weren't orbs. They seemed very small, say the size of the tip of a pin. They were really small but extremely bright. As bright as the flashes that occur in the electric welding process, but obviously since each one of them is so tiny in size, they do not cause any discomfort to the eye or glare in the area close to it. The cloud forms more or less an amorphous sphere, about 2 1/2' in diameter in a time period of about 1 minute. It formed right at the entrance door to the room, about 4 1/2' off the ground. It then slowly floats through the air, heading towards the back wall at the end of the room. He stopped in front of the wall and then did what apparently appears to be crossing the wall, with no physical obstacle preventing him from doing so. This event happened over a period of approximately 2.5 minutes and moved through the air an aproximately distance of 12-14 feet. After this I looked at my wife, I noticed that she was also directing her gaze in the direction in which I was observing the phenomenon. She wanted to confirm that it was not a hallucination or some spegism, a product of my own mind. Without telling him I asked him; "What happened?" She responded with another question; "Did you saw that?" I asked him what? She described to me in great detail, exactly the same as what I was able to observe. Neither my wife nor I believe in paranormal matters, nor in spirits. I read a lot, I like to be informed of proven and demonstrated knowledge, which does not require beliefs, much less faith. I'm familiar with bubble lightning etc. . but it didn't really look or move like that. Rather, he moved at the speed with which a person walks slowly and unhurriedly, while directing his attention to something important. Rather, it seemed as if it were a cloud made up of hundreds of some kind of tinny living creatures moving around, looking like a swarm of bioluminiscent microscopic flies. Moving at low speed, as if they were swimming slowly in a dense fluid like water, but in the atmosphere of that area of the room, in which the phenomenon manifested itself. It seemed as if they were dancing delicately and melodiously, with each other in mid-air, until they entered, all disappearing into the wall at the end of the room. Did anybody has a clue of what type of conditions, might produce these specific type of odd events? I've tried to get some light about it, actualy I am watching this post because in some way might be related to the event. But I have not found any logical explanation to it. Ashley, that's a great question - normally when we see orbs on a surveillance camera, it ends actually being bugs or dust (you specified that it was neither of these things, but hear us out) - usually surveillance cameras have an IR light source on them that is very bright and right next to the camera. This causes objects very close to the camera to be illuminated very brightly - this can sometimes look like an orb of light. Is this what you experienced? We can't say for certain, but this is what 99% of what we run into ends up being.

They do not set off my motion activated light and you can see thru them and you can't see thru bugs. I have them out there for up to 20 minutes with 14 to 15 sightings. Hello, thank you for sharing your opinion on a camera lense or whatever people have been sharing that they claim as orbs.. well.. let me tell you this .. and im telling this in 100 percent truth! .. I live in a suite that is actually situated on underneath a house that backdrops into a small valley and because the house is built on a hill it has a small backyard however with purposely place boulders to withhold up the ground because its on a hill.. Early August of this year i was standing in my kitchen watching my daughter watching her watch her Toddler TV show.. when something caught my eye through out side window to my left and down the embankment .. i turn my attention in this direction and noticed and red ball of light just kinda hovering around in the very near woods down below... i watch it for a second or two... it than came up out of the woods and over the rock embankment and raised floated out of the woods and made a left turn would have been my right at this point... i looked at this thing like ..wtf.. so i walked towards my side window to get a closer look... this is where is gets ... so i walk to the window inside my house while im watching this red orb float outside of the woods at the back of my place... when i walked to the window.. it was like it saw me move towards the window and saw me!.. flashed this bright white light directly at me and as it was there it wasn't and vanished.. nothing camera about that.. i realize people will try and say things hurtful from me saying this in a public manor.. i was completely sober and ill tell you this.. the red orb was about a soft ball size and yu know when a light gives off an illumination like you can see the light? this thing didn't.. it just was a red ball.. that one of my strange encounters..this happened in Pemberton BC Canada

I agree that dust is the primary cause of all "orbs" caught on camera. Stray light from a reflective surface, insects and unknown physical particulates make up most of the rest. However, when researching this, I wasn't actually looking for explanations for orbs caught on camera, but those witnessed by the naked eye. I've seen 1, my daughter has seen 5, my wife 2-3, my son 1-2, my mother in law 1, and other neighbors have seen them to varying degrees. They aren't swamp gas (no swamps), they aren't ball lightning (no storms/clouds/electrical discharges), they aren't drones, fireflies/lightning bugs, they aren't any physical phenomenon that I've researched to date. They are glowing balls about the size of either a soccer ball to a beach ball, most white, some white-blue and the one my daughter and wife observed last night was white with a red tail/trail similar to how one might describe a comet, but obviously not. These "orbs" have been observed flying over the tree tops, weaving between trees, rising up from the ground and dissipating, spontaneously changing direction 180-270 degrees....I think you get the idea. I don't really WANT to believe that these are paranormal. I'd like a scientific explanation that makes sense to my rational brain but so far, I can only rule out what I know that they aren't and well, science so far hasn't done a good job of providing me with alternate explanations that fall within the range of physical phenomenon so I'm having to recognize that once I've eliminated the rationally possible, whatever that remains, no matter how unlikely, irrational and impractical it might be, is likely the answer, and yes I'm paraphrasing Holmes here. Again, these are NOT the normal go-to typical dismissive explanation "orbs" (dust, ball lightning, swamp gas) nonsense as NONE of those explain this phenomenon that until I actually observed it, I didn't really believe! Seeing really does mean believing, even if you don't want to. Whatever this is, it hasn't manifested itself in any threatening manner. It doesn't happen enough that I'd say it's "common" but given it's happen over a half dozen times in 2 years, it's more common than any major holiday so I'd say that it's common enough at this point to get my attention. I admit I was dismissive of even my first encounter and was willing to make a Dr. appointment for an MRI or an eye checkup had it not been for the fact that 2 nights later my wife and daughter observed one even though I had NOT told them about it as I didn't want to frighten them and I was still coming to grips with what I saw. So, if anyone has a scientific based theory on what these are that doesn't fall within the non-answers typically presented, I AM ALL EARS! I think I've researched this enough at this point that I'm familiar with the normal range of typical go-to responses but if there are points of view here that I'm not familiar with, I'm also all ears. I really would like a rational answer to this. I really DON'T want these to be paranormal. I DON'T want these to be spiritual. However, I am coming up short here. So, here is a brief summary of the "facts" in case anyone has an explanation that solves all of these. 1. They all happen either at night or as it's getting dark. We have never "seen" this during the day. 2. We live on top of a big hill, surrounded by trees, in a rural area with a low population density. 3. They always appears as spherical or near spherical in shape (no boxes, triangles, etc.). 4. They vary in color but are typically defined as one color per observation. So, a white orb doesn't change color however, the most recent one was described as "mostly white but with a reddish tail that trailed it by a few feet". 5. They do not hit nor pass through solid objects but actively avoid them, I observed this myself as one moved around the trees as it wove in and out around the tree tops. 6. They emit no detectable sound. No humming, buzzing, whizzing noise, nothing, just quiet. 7. One appeared to rise up from the Earth. However, the view was partially blocked towards the base so this cannot be 100% confirmed. 8. The events each last a maximum of 10 seconds before the orbs travel out of range, that is to say that the can move quick enough that you cannot keep up with them traveling through the dense woods as they can travel faster in the terrain and so chasing them is not possible. 9. There is no predictable (as of yet) pattern other than dark or near dark conditions. 10. They have done no damage nor appear to interact with their physical surroundings in any meaningful way other than to avoid the physical objects. 11. At least 5 people have witnessed this in the last 2 years, with a couple of those observations happening in the presence of 2 or more parties. 12. No we don't have video as of yet as we have no idea when this will happen or what a video would show other than a light ball that on video can be anything and is meaningless today in the world of AI generated videos. Actually there is a reason for it. It may not be very obvious but during daylight there are so many shadows being cast everywhere with all the light sources. So when you're using a night vision camera the IR light is not visible light to cast a bunch of shadows. Casting shadows can lead to looking back and thinking you caught a shadow figure or something. It's just trying to remove the other variables I guess.

The same way people who want to believe we'll find any way to believe, skeptics will find any and every way to dismiss. I mean, an orb could enter a skeptics ass and they'd be like "what actually happened was I farted and the fart entered back into my ass from the force of the fan I was standing in front of". Not all orbs on camera are unexplained. Majority are dust or light refractions or insects or camera issues. A lot of people also do the same when filming stars, and it becomes out of focus and they think it's a UFO orb. No one's dismissing that lots of footages can be explained. What the skeptics fail to do however is have an open discussion about what the unexplained ones could be. Because to them, it definitely cannot be paranormal/extraterrestrial. That's already ruled out as insane. So they try to find anything and everything else no matter how stupid it sounds. How can you decide on behalf of other people what they experienced? That's pretty presumptuous, isn't it? What this video presents is not evidence of what people have recorded. Instead it is evidence of the possible effects of flash photography. But what people have recorded, by and large, is not flash photography, but rather video footage without flash or artificial light. Much of the evidence comes from security, stationary cameras picking up light that moves in various directions. Does this mean that the human mind does not trick us? IR cameras, typically, which illuminate the scene in IR and then convert the image to visible light for the human to see. Still the same basic optics. Even without active illumination, if something is too close and out of focus, and the image is "amplified" by the night vision, the out-of-focus thing will still be out-of-focus (IE, if there's dust an inch away from the lenses, but the lenses are focused to see things 100 meters away, so the thing 1 inch away is vastly out-of-focus), and appear like a blurry orb. That's ... just ... optics.

I to am seeing the orbs through the security camera in my living room. There's no doubt something is going on here and it's not dust or out of focus camera (since the cam is wide angle and everything is in perfect focus). Well I just happened to be looking at what the camera was showing one night and I saw a very tiny bright light, like a laser, appear near the ceiling and just stream off. This was not like an orb, I don't know what it was but it was weird! If one used IR lighting the so called "ghost orb" would should up on multiple cameras. It's then reflection from that I are lining itself. That's how IR Camara lighting works. So it would illuminate the dust or the insects or moisture.

You guys have never seen an orb, we've just recently had orbs turn up in our driveway every second day for the last few weeks and we can only see them on the security camera I went out there and couldn't see it with my phone in hand looking at my security camera it was right in front of me and we video the entire lot of it including my interaction with it, and don't worry it also checked me right out as well. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to opt-out of Reality but I was already redpilled before I saw the orbs in the driveway.

Same here..tons of orbs "flying" towards my head. I could only see them through the phone camera. Nothing at all with the naked eyes. And they were moving "through" me but I felt nothing at all.

Well yes @thinkagain2..they are anywhere in the world. Orbs are spirits in a pure energy form I believe. They don't have any geographical preferences I'm sure. My biggest wonder is are they spirits of humans? Or something else. And what do the different colors mean. I know there are so called charts that state white= human, red=demon, yellow= angel, ect.ect. Theres no way for anyone to know this. It is a curious thing for certain!

The "lines" are literally just bugs that moved through the frame while the aperture was open. Set a normal camera to a slow shutter speed in front of a swarm of bugs in the daytime, and you'll see the same "streaks" in the picture. You have no clue what you're talking about. The spirally looking shapes looks like moths flying through the scene while the shutter/aperture is open, and are thus caught in the motion of flapping their wings as they move across the stationary frame in fraction of a second the shutter is open long enough to actually capture the night scene, sufficiently exposed to not simply be pure black. Your "evidence" is fecking nonsense. Learn how cameras work. Stop promulgating nonsense.

Not every orb can be explained away as a dust particle. When the orbs behave in an abnormal way ,they are not dust. I've been using a trail cam every night for the past 4 weeks in my backyard and for the first time,it captured orbs in one video. on the early morning of Sept 22. Four of them flashed across the viewing screen in the span of 14 seconds. As soon as they appeared out of nowhere they disappeared. For a paranormal channel they sure like to be dismissive and mocking of those who believe in it
