Cojo is 1000% correct (I know that is not a proper %, but you get my point😉) when he says that the "demon" is much scarier when pictured in the mind! I personally think characters like Jason, Michael, Freddy are cool to see, but demons & poltergeists are better left to the imagination. P.S. I know its subjective, but lets be honest, movies have always had a problem with showing demons, ghosts, etc...looking scary.

GUYS! GUYS! GUYS! I have been busy. It was halloween and my husband's birthday and then I had to recover BUT!!! I watched Nightmare on Elm St. And AHS AND me and my husband watched Paranormal Activity 1 and 2 with you guys. Loved them all. Nightmare, it was cool seeing you guys watch one of my favorite movies and see the conclusions you guys were coming to. AHS only gets better as this season goes. When you look at found footage movies, you should put [REC] on your list. It's a Spanish found footage movie, so you'll need subtitles for that one. There's an US remake, but that would do the movie a disservice. [REC] may be the best found footage movie out there, which may be a bit of a problem for Blake. But he should _appreciate_ the movie, because it's not as bad as Heriditary. The sequel is actually pretty solid too.

This one is definitely an itsy bit scarier than the first, but I just watched the third one for the first time last night, and when I tell you that shit messed me UP, I mean big time. I'd say three is by far the scariest. I watched the fourth one too and it wasn't as scary but there's a creepy factor to it that sets it apart from one but it's not quite as engaging as two. The fifth one, titled "The Marked Ones" is actually really cool as well. I saw that one years ago before I saw three and four and I was pretty frickin impressed. It's got a lot more humor in it, but somehow managed to still be scarier than one and two. For me at least. But now that I've seen the third movie I gotta say I can't wait to see you guys react to it. Best one by far.

This movie had a good run in the first 3 movies, the latter half was mediocre tbh (except marked ones I kinda enjoyed that one) and the last one was good too but I feel like they needed to ditch the "Paranormal activity" title tbh and go full throttle with the idea of the movie away from the Lore set in this franchise 43:36 The scratch mark on the door says "Meus" meaning mine

Paranormal 3 is EASILY MY FAVORITE one. So have with that whenever you get to it. It also probably has the most cohesive plot. As for PA 5 Marked Ones its the most unique while clearly major setup for something in the future. PA4 is somewhat satisfying but wholly uneventful imo. It also lacks the charm of the others for me. I won't talk about PA6 because its the finale /conclusion. I have VERY strong feelings about literally every aspect of the movie.
