Paras, I hope this message reaches you. I can see through this interview and a few others of yours that you are a man with a clear vision and harbor no illusions about the difficulties you will face to see them through. I hope while you are at CAN and working on making the body into a professional sports body along with establishing the NPL -longterm, please also focus on identifying younger people who share similar drives and are honest enough to take your work forward once you give up the administrative reigns. I know its probably asking a lot. But I was so impressed with how you tackled the TU question with regards to looking at the positive side and the university benefiting through its association with the cricket ground. I hope the officials at TU are smart enough to get the hint and work towards that as well. But back to my main point, CAN will need able leadership who can look beyond party politics in the next ten years minimum while the NPL gets a firm footing. Also, with regards to the TU cricket Ground up gradation works, I know the team of Architect is an experienced senior pro but please look at securing a perimeter fencing around the stadium stands like Rangashala so that can help in crowd control as well as creating not just exit points through the stands but through the compound as well. Perhaps CAN can work with the police to put a stop the climbing trees - may be a fine can act as a deterrence because just shudder to think what if someone falls down and its caught on camera thats streamed all over the world.
