Firsty u havd to join army... And from there you can Voleenter for parachute regiment.... but the drop rats is high.... Each year only 20 to 25 personals voleenter and only 3 to 5 get the chance to join PARA SF...

They are same ,PARACHUTE REGIMENT has 2 types of units PARATROOPERS and PARA SF , PARA consists of the normal elite infantry airborne soldiers and PARA SF means the special forces guys , individuals in PARA are not considerd as commandos but PARA SF are the commandos both PARA and PARA SF are known as PARATROOPERS and AIRBORNE SOLDIERS, if individual from PARA is interested to join the PARA special forces then they have to go further probation
