I have been extremely sick ever since being exposed to the virus during the pandemic. Started with vomiting, then sinus infection that moved to both ears and then my skin. The pictures I took (that most drs did not want to see) with the macro lens on my cell phone are truly horrifying. My pcp looked at a few and said, 'you could be in a horror movie'. Even so, he did not prescribe the appropriate medications (e.g., ivermectin, albenzadol, etc.) 14 dr appts, 14 dx (some laughable.) I am self-treating now but I know I am not ok. There are days where I cannot walk from foot and leg pain. My hair has broken off and all I want to do is sleep. I think I am dying. EDIT: I am happy to hear of the woman who survived malaria. However, I cannot help but wonder if her owning a gold mine had something to do with her survival (i e., she likely had access to excellent medical care as a result of her finances.)
