Hi, I enjoyed your video. I really like this smartwatch. Here are some questions. Is it only possible to use it in the United States? Is there a European version? Is it possible to install other applications like whatsapp and google? Thank you very much.

So sorry for the delay in replying. We got really sick in our home. I'm just getting back to all my socials. Currently you can use the watch in Mexico and Canada without any extra charges. Cosmo is working to expand this to other countries. You can only install apps that are allowed through "App Station", currently you cannot add Whatsapp or Google.

We are able to add a bluetooth headset. My son can use it with music but it wont work for calls. Any knowledge on this? Cant find any references on this.

Hey @BowmnaDarin, yes Bluetooth only works for listening to music but not for calls. In December, support told me that the Bluetooth update would be available mid-December. When the update went out it only allowed us to listen to music. I have been reaching out to support every week, and so far they are just saying a new update is coming but no official date yet. I will post a video as soon as that feature is available.

I got one jr track 4 but it’s always warm and the battery last about 8 hours 😒

I have not noticed a lot of heat coming from out Jr Track 4. The way that my kiddos use it, it lasts all day. We leave for school around 7:30am and don't charge until about 8:30pm.

Last I spoke with support, should be available mid December. I will post as soon as the feature is pushed out.
