Great video, thanks Amanda. A few other items to remember: 1. Make sure to include Meet/Zoom/or Webex link in description so parents know where to click on virtual conference day 2. In the settings gear make sure to set it so parents can only choose ONCE (we had a case where parents chose MULTIPLE times, mom chose one, dad chose another and all the times got taken very quickly) 3. Also in settings make sure to click return receipt "every time" so parents get a copy of their reply with your link on it (the one you put in the description)

I have followed your directions to make a form for my upcoming parent teacher meetings (conferences). Your video is so helpful. As my school’s Google admin, I have put together a form using Choice Eliminator Lite and the drop down menu. This part worked really easily. Thanks so much! One thing that I am struggling with though, is how to make sure that my parents can only submit one response. I’m working from my school Google domain. It seems that if I want to permit one response only per parent, they must sign in from a Google account. What if some parents don’t have a Google account? I’d appreciate a go around for this problem please! Thanks in advance:-)

How do I know what parent signed up for what time slot? On my end, it just says that it was removed....

Click Responses, you will see a green square with a white cross in the middle, that will open spreadsheet. Don't forget to make sure you have the Add-on Choice Eliminator Lite installed and checked.
