You can also duplicate the entire section (the header part AND the dropdown) by clicking on the 3 vertical dots beside the section header (the day of the week part, in this scenario) and selecting "Duplicate section." It's a small thing but does help speed up the process if you're adding a lot of sections!

I'm trying to get someone to takeover my apartment lease. Up until now, I've been setting appointments via Facebook messenger and trying to remember who was when. In 20 minutes after I found your video I had all of my availabilities listed and within 4 hours, I had a spreadsheet with all of my views listed. NOTE: "Choice Eliminator Lite" works just fine.

How would i make it that the appointment date and time is available for 4 people and then closed. so 4 people can pick tuesday at 10h30 and if a 5th person tries then it will show unavailable/fully booked? Please assist, other than that this video was a life saver!!

Let's say all the Wednesday tilme slots have been chosen. Is there a way to automatically eliminate Wednesday from the dropdown at that point, so people would only see Monday and Tuesday? I could see people thinking there is something wrong with the form if they click on Wednesday and no time slots are showing (because they've all been booked already).

Does anyone know: 1) Can you allow a specific number of people to schedule at the same time (> 1)? For example, can it be configured to allow 2 people to sign up for the same time before that option disappears? Also, 2) What happens when all of the times for a particular day are taken? Does that day disappear as an option? If not, if seems like that would be confusing to users... (I work with students)

i have this situation for filling classrooms. once a month on different dates in different places I want to have 20 max people in classroom. For example on 1 dec in the hague i want to have classroom for 20 people and on 3dec i want to have a classroom for 15 people. How can i achieve this with google forms? i want to use this in wordpress later on.

What if a certain day is already full and I want to hide that day too cause it's full already? Is it possible? What about a specific date picked on form the Date Picker, would it work too with schedule times on that specific date?

HI! Thank you so much for making this tutorial. Question for you though. How does this apply to timezones? If someone selects an appt at 9am, but they are two hours behind my time zone, will it automatically list it as 11am for me? Or should I add a note on the form that the appointments are based on an eastern time zone? Thanks in advance!

This didn't work out for me but thats because of the add on application. Their add on was not available when i tried to do my form sheet and now it takes away the whole day instead of just that time slot. *send help*

OK I think i figured it out. I had to use instead the Eliminator Lite specifically than using any other. And i guess you have to set a reminder at the end of the week to type back in the eliminated answers for the next new week

No, it doesn't reset. You have to manually bring back the chosen options if you wish to send the form again next time.
