I'm absolutely shocked that this so called professional is not STRONGLY suggesting Jamie be removed from his home and be placed a secure psychiatric setting and perhaps eventually a group home setting. He is violent, dangerous, and has no control of his rage. Imagine life in that house for his poor sister. She gets no attention, is in a stressful, violent home situation. Mom is trying but she needs to consider the poor life of her other child who's done nothing to deserve this.

For those wondering, Jamie is in prison now, which unfortunately does not come as a surprise. However, it seems he's doing something positive during his sentence. You can read more and see a video of him here: stv.tv/news/east-central/1433928-prisoners-turn-lives-around-with-drama-scheme/ Here's hoping there's better days for his mum post-prison.

Jamie McLeod, 20 Aug 2017 - A teenager who attacked a Kirkintilloch shopkeeper with a machete has been locked up for more than five years. Jamie McLeod was described as a "very dangerous young man" by a judge after he admitted the armed robbery of Mauchline Stores on 21 November. The 19-year-old told a social worker that he had "blades hidden all over my neighbourhood for easy access". Two other men have also been detained for more than three years each over the armed raid. Co-accused Cain Carr, 18, was sentenced to 44 months detention, while Thomas Marshall, 20, who had already admitted his involvement, was sentenced to 40 months detention. At the High Court in Glasgow, prosecutor Tim Niven-Smith said the trio walked into the grocery store together at about 14:00 on the day of the raid, when Mr Zahid was working alone. All three had their hoods up or hats on. McLeod was in possession of a machete, while Marshall had a baseball bat. Carr remained at the door as a lookout while McLeod tried to strike the shopkeeper with the machete and Marshall hit him on the head with the baseball bat. Carr then pushed him. 'Dreadful childhood' The three grabbed the till and fled, leaving Mr Zahid bleeding from a head wound. They discarded the baseball bat, the machete and the till drawer in a rear garden near Mauchline Court. McLeod's DNA was found on the machete handle, while Carr's fingerprints were on a discarded cider bottle. McLeod also admitted attacking 49-year-old Gary Baird four days before the raid, shoving him to the ground and kicking him on the head to his severe injury after asking: "What are you looking at?" Defence counsel John McElroy said McLeod "had a dreadful childhood", adding: "He was exposed from an early age to serious violence. He thinks violence is normal behaviour." The court heard that McLeod casually confessed to a social worker compiling a background report that he had "blades hidden all over my neighbourhood for easy access". Judge Bill Dunlop said this was "quite breathtaking", describing McLeod as "a very dangerous young man". He sentenced the teenager to five years and three months detention, and ordered that he be monitored for five years after release.

I'm worried for the single mother with Jamie, he may be 7 but things he does is extremely alarming, she's geting physically abused by her child, in all respect she should give him up, as the abuse could become much more severe from his use of weapons, and as he gets older

It was very encouraging when in the previous episodes episodes where two parents were shown real concern and fright by their sons that they had either hurt their moms with words or in one case the rather violent child struck his mother with something and it appeared he had hurt her physically. He seemed truly concerned and sorry. I haven’t heard yet if the therapist talked to the Mums about it...... but I think it’s a positive insight that Evil hadn’t won yet! They need to help these children experience sympathy and empathy more!!

Really liked Mum Mcleod, she was kind, fair and brave, you could see by her body language she is fearful of her son yet she still persevered, I would have not done anywhere near as well as she did when he was belting her, Awful to see her being treated so badly, I think Id have called the cops to come give him a fright tbh, he shouldn't be treating her that way and I don't think this is down to her parenting but something else. The Nashes were awful simply couldn't be assed felt so sorry for the eldest lad, made me thankful for my own family watching them. Loved the little redheaded lad and his dad trying bless.

I hope people see this series before they decide to have children . It really blows my mind that children raise their hand to their parents when the parents don't hit the children! When I was a child we were spanked for everything by everybody and we wouldn't think of hitting an adult. We also didn't kill our classmates at school. Crazy!
