hi, great so far! I am stuck on how you zoomed in on the function curves. mine is so tiny I cannot see the changes I make! And heck, if you know how to make all tools and font bigger on OpenToonz, I would love to know!

Question: I am very new and without experience. Is there a way to have opentoonz create a whiteboard explainer video - where a hand with a pen draws the text characters of words onto the whiteboard - similar to doodly? Are there any plugins for opentoonz to help automate the creation process? thx

Is there a way to parent a single vector point on one layer to a second layer. For example a snakes body is on layer 1. The head is on layer 2. Only the very end vector point on the body layer moves (the rest of the body remains still). Is there a way for the head layer to follow that one point?

Hi there. I went to level editor to edit facial expression and subsequently lost the timeline. I know it’s around here somewhere but I don’t know how to get it back… Opentoonz seems to be made up of lots and lots of moveable windows instead of one stable dashboard.

17:02 how to draw an individual character with eyes closed? nothing is clear here
@AnimatorIsland2 жыл бұрын
On a the character's column with the drawing of the open eyes exposed, click on the frame where you want to change the facial expression, press D to duplicate the drawing in this spot. Now you can use drawing tools like the eraser, brush or select tool to change the face and it will only affect that duplicated drawing. There are also previous tutorials in this series talking more about drawing and frame by frame work. Hope this helps, thanks for your comments! :)
