Well, the news obviously wants to glorify and exaggerate as much of the details as possible to get views. While it IS possible to stumble across these games through your friend's playing list, those occasions are rare unless you have someone in your friend list rapidly playing those games. Also, she SPECIFICALLY said that she found this game through a third-party source, which is most likely Discord and many of those servers have steps you need to partake in to get there, which includes verifying your age to be 18. So, duh, she purposely found it. And the news just wants views.

last year, my cousin was playing murder mystery 2 in roblox and met this friend group. she was 10 and these people were 17, but she said she was 13 and they told her they were 14. i told her, be careful because they could be lying. her response was "oh, i probably won't keep this friend group for long". after a month or so, she starts dating one of the guys. i went behind her back and befriended the dude. he asked for my age, i lied and said i was 16. he told me he was 17. then after i had found out he is basically a legal adult as of 2024, i also found out he had made her send "photos" of herself to him on snapchat. after that, he had screenshotted those and her location. when they would call, she would lie to her mom and say it was me because me and the guy sounded very similar. after her mom finally took her phone, she was grounded for a year. please always know roblox online dating can lead to HORRIBLE circumstances.

Ok let me compile all the stuff that Roblox does to keep these experiences deleted: First, The Roblox moderation team is usually swift but not instant on deleting these condo experiences or scam experiences, while the scam games are still there, only impressionable children fall for them. Second, The scams for robux scams are usually on KZbin on huge KZbinrs comment sections like flamingo, konekokitten, jayingee, and many other more, furthermore that's why they usually operate there due to the fact Roblox can't monitor KZbin. Third, the 17 year old girl probably searched the experience due to the fact these games don't usually pop out on the discover menu on Roblox, these condo games are only usually found by looking on discord, joining a friend and using keywords that condos specifically have. I find it silly for news broadcasts to report this but condo games are still very problematic. Here's why: A person with bad intentions could invite an innocent child into a condo game. By the way, these condo games get uploaded every minute and get taken down after around 15 minutes which gives enough time for a predator to ruin some child's innocence. This video sucks. You don't "accidentally" find them. If someone was on a "3rd party" app then it isn't on roblox. It is on something else. You wont find these games unless you go looking for them. Is it an issue? Yes. But you wont find these games unless you really look for them.

Thanks for KonekoKitten for showing us this. No one is going to stumble upon this. You have to deliberately get involved through one of these communities by either going very deep on the side, or looking at outside sources. I'm sure there were good intentions with this video here, but a very small community shouldn't be an outlier in calling a game platform, "not kid friendly".

Literally no online platform is safe? This is why my kids play roblox in a main room and clear every game they touch through a parent first, any new game has to be cleared. If you're unwilling to 'sacrifice' your time to ensure your child is not seeing inappropriate content... they dont need the game. My guess is that game was spoken about in discord because it was inappropriate (or cool for adults/older teens), and there is no world I'd allow a kid to be utilizing discord, I'm sorry, third party chat service, to find new video games on the platform. Children should always be monitored on an online platform. There is no 'my kid is mature' kind of excuse here... you CANNOT control the world at large and people at large, it is a parental RESPONSIBILITY to ensure your child is safe in all things they do, ESPECIALLY online.

You can only find these games by going through a specific link shared by people on different software's like KZbin, Discord, and Reddit. Also sometimes the games get banned very easily which is hard to join.

As a developer and a player on Roblox it's not very easy to stumble upon this Condon games and I'm just mad that it said "Briana accidentally stumble upon a condon game" Like that's a very big lie stumbling upon a Condon game is very much rare and dosen't have to be worried muchly, to actually find them it takes real time on digging through different platforms which a 5 year old can't easily do and I find it crazy that She's just lying on how it's easy to find one while it's very difficult, the moderators are still working they're hardest just to delete those game but as said in this video players kept making new games again and again by a copy they can easily save so it's not too concerning to me as most 3rd party game chat dosen't allow kids who are under the age of 13 or 14 or sometimes 16
