Parents were forced to say goodbye to their son so that the hospital could treat other babies with a better chance of survival. But when the life support was turned off, something unbelievable happened!

21 years ago I went through a brain surgery to remove 60% of a brain tumour. I remember a few night's after the brain surgery I was having a headache and asked my mammy to close the curtains around my bed because the lights were hurting my head. She closed them and I remember telling to her that I could still see light's. She asked where to try and cover it up for me and I pointed to the bottom right of my bed. She obviously couldn't see it, and asked more about it. That's when I explained that there was lot's of little light's red, blue, green and yellow little dots, kind of in a silhouette of a Lady. I also remember it was about a foot off the ground, I explained everything to her and she was taken aback. I now suffer with short term memory loss due to my surgery, but that is 1 thing I'll never forget. My mammy also opened a messenger book from our Lady the night before the surgery and it said not to worry it was only going to be a minor surgery and to pray for no war. Although the tumour was at my brain stem I can still walk and use my arms today
