What happened after hospital?

I'm finally sharing what happened after hospital as I get myself and the girls ready for the last school run before Elin's surgery. It's our usual special needs morning routine with breakfast and medicines through the feeding tube, how we manage Elin's hygiene and a bit about what's happening over the day. And, also how I help Elin's gut heal after antibiotics.
I'm a special needs mum vlogger in the UK with two daughters, one of whom is severely disabled. Elin is a girl with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, she has a feeding tube, is a wheelchair user and as she can't use the toilet independently she is in a nappy / diaper.
Apart from cerebral palsy, Elin has complex medical needs and seizure disorder. She has tonic clonic, or grand mal seizures, partial focal seizures and absence seizures. She is on multiple medications every day, for her spastic muscles, for her reflux disorder and for her epilepsy. Elin is on a blended diet, which we give her through her feeding tube, and I share tips, how to and recipes.
On this channel I share our day to day life, our morning, feeding, medication and bedtime routines, feeding techniques, how Elin communicates, etc. I also showcase the relationship between Elin and her sister Alice, and how they play and interact with each other.

I understand the feeling of having to do everything to make it so you stay healthy. I know that things can be hard sometimes. I don't have the best of health and I am recovering from a broken shoulder right now so that's is a huge part of my pain lately and I'm fighting an open sore inside my ear that doesn't want to heal.

Honestly, I would love to support you but I’m really struggling myself just now. Things have gotten so bad I’m desperately trying not to use much electric or gas and I’m eating rubbish just to get by until things get better. I’m also trying to raise £1,300 to help get some scouts to a camp this summer so I’ve been sewing birds, small pouches and plate bags to sell - so far I’ve raised £80 because everyone else is struggling too!

It is so hard for so many at the moment. I thankfully got some government support for my gas and electricity this year, which was such a relief. The winter before I was so miserable as I kept not turning on the heating for fear of having too high bills. It is a horrendous feeling when you can't afford the basics of a decent life.

The pull-out is broken, which is why I have a mattress on the floor.
