I agree. I don't like layton either. The opening is nice, but that pepper spice smell is such a turn off to me. Layton exclusif also has that spice. Pegasus exclusif also has that pepper spice smell. All 3 imo just don't smell good because of that pepper spice smell. Now pegasus smells delicious! I actually bought full 125ml bottle of pegasus and Percival because I have samples of them. I ordered them two days ago from fragrancebuyca. Just waiting on them to ship it to me. Great review papa!

Pegasus is my fav till now, super distinctive. Layton is very delicious because it is like yummy, it's just very pleasant, but pegasus is another stuff, more "refined."

I love Layton and Pegasus. Don't like Carlisle. Wished I hadn't blind bought the latter. Don't trust the reviews, trust your own personal preference and nose.

Oajan and Carlisle are very different to my nose. Just comes to show how different noses get different scents from the same perfume. Oajan is outrageously awesome, while Carlisle is ... nothing special. Just another nice smell, no more. Pegasus is very nice (not as great as Oajan, Godolphin and Herod in my opinion). Not a MSRP worthy. Buy only if there is a killer sale of at least 50% off. There is a very good clone to Pegasus from Maison Alhambra. But I don't do clones !! (clones tend to differ in the drydown). I'll wait for a sale (Black Friday is around the corner) and get the OG.
