Jack Laugher claimed the third Olympic medal of his career at Tokyo 2020 in the 3m springboard diving competition in Tokyo - completing his full set with a hard-fought bronze. This followed Laugher’s gold and silver successes at Rio 2016, where he became Great Britain’s first-ever diving Olympic champion alongside Chris Mears.

Jack is awesome! I think it's great that he's speaking out to show others that it's OK to not be ok, and that doing help through a hard time shows strength rather than weakness.
