Some hospitality/travel organization needs to hire you to go to various European cities so you can rate all the matcha lattes. I've seen different coffee shops were I live in the US whisk the matcha powder after you order it, others make a pre-whisked liquid solution, and then the Starbux way of dumping some powder in a container that is then shaken like it's a cocktail. I do enjoy them all, but I prefer the "whisked in front of you" taste the most (b/c the matcha bits are more noticeable).

Hi! I went in June and it was raining a lot. I recommend to check the weather app a week before you go and bring a jacket just in case :)
