Hey Kempire ! That Aya moment was a bigger than you can imagine. She sang for the opening ceremony, sang her song and a mix of Charles Aznavour's songs. The lyrics Aznavour's song for were "I should wisely choose my vocabulary to please" It was all being sacarstical and snub to some idiots saying that she doesn't speak French, because she is using slangs and urban language in her song. She did all that while coming out of the gates of the French Academy building (the French Academy is the institution that decides what is French or not since the 1600) accompanied by the French Republican Guards ! That was powerful ! kuddos to the director too !

And there is ALOT of greens consumed in India. They eat all edible parts of plants. They call every type of greens "spinich" regardless of the variety. Collards, mustards, you name it. And Jamaican cuisine probably has the same. Have not a lot of experience with Jamaican food other than jerk meats. And African friends of mine make collards and mustards and all of it, throw in whole habanero peppers and it is fantastic. If Kamala wants to share how she likes to prepare greens in her house, I am so curious becasue how her parents cooked and how her being an international youth, she lived in Canada too, plus being in the African American Baptist church that she is member of in SF, makes me super intrigued! And we should all be curious!

Sorry I missed your live. Celine was the BEST of the Olympics so far. You MUST watch the documentary. It’s poignantly sad & triumphant! I’ll be watching, track and field, swimming & gymnastics.
