Buy a snowsuit for Marcelo which is a one piece so that he does not feel the cold. I think you feel the cold because you are not layered up; wear wool and cashmere ( very warm); scarfs, gloves and longer winter coats with lining. Also, lined boost and tights. Just some suggestions for you to feel more comfortable during the winter.
