@@ParisDemers I’m sure it also isn’t the same for every man, so we can’t get conclusive evidence. If it’s true for 40% of men, but not or only a little for 60% of men. It won’t be considered conclusive, but still beneficial to a large part of the population. My father did a lot of MMA fights and I remember them doing a lot of glucose and blood tests. Idk what they tested, but it it lead to my dad taking different supplements and having a specific diet. So I’m sure a lot of fighters test their testosterone levels.

Eating raw white onions, garlic and cloves. Sprinting 3 times a week for 45 seconds total each run, weight lifting ( especially squats and dead lifts ), fenu Greek seeds, 15,000 IU vitamin D by spending 45 minutes in direct sun light every day, consume more protein, zinc, magnesium and boron. Eat 6-8 eggs a day cooked in olive oil. Stop consuming seed oils and ultra processed foods

There's not much you can do to increase your test other than taking basic health protocols into action. Sleep, diet, exercise and mental well being.

You can go back to being natural to boost it actually. My friend and I went on a 15 day hike in the mountains with no electronics,no junk food and only healthy food. In those mountains we slept when the sun fell and woke up with the sun rise. I took a blood test before the hike and it was 600 ng/dl and after the it went up to 1200 ng/dl. It was double the amount of test after it. So yeah you could do that to increase it.

Studies have shown High Test is linked with high quality sleep and when I went hiking I slept with the sun and woke up with the sun rise and no electronics so high sleep quality. And I follow this rule everyday (10-3-1)rule 10 hours before bed no more caffeine 3 hours before bed no more food and one hour before bed no more screens and since i didn't bring any electronics with me I don't use any screens. I also packed my backpack with meat,cooking essentials and honey. Honey is also shown to increase test by studies. And also I packed my backpack with lean red meat which is also proven by studies to boost testosterone. I also avoided the use of plastics because chemicals like BPA that are in plastics lower your T. I used a lot of metal water bottles. And thank you for asking me to provide proof and stay safe brother.
