I stopped drinking and smoking weed. I'm about 2 weeks sober so far and I feel like a completely different person. I've been smoking and drinking since I was 16. I'm 30 now and that feeling "high on life" is actually working for me. I've been so addicted to being on something that I'm now enjoying this new "high" and clarity is so nice. It's a everyday struggle but I'm hoping I can defeat this. Edit:I'm now 6 weeks sober, kicking ass and dropping weight still. My only trouble is caffeine and junk food now but my cravings for weed and alchohol are completely gone. Thanks for the encouragement youtube comment section

But if you want to deadlift 800 lbs then calisthenic focused lifting might not be enough. Its all about goals really, eddie hall might not be a runner, but damn that mans an athlete. Magnus Midtbø is a different kind of athlete too, it all depends on what your goals are. For example, studies show that chopping wood can boost testosterone by almost 50%, compared to most workouts which boost around 30%.
