Cesar millan is just much focused on dogs' behavior rather than the breed. Just like what he often says, breed does not matter to dogs. Any breed can become aggressive, any breed can be sweet, wether big or small depending on the energy and habit established. Cesar knows how to lead dogs to your desired behavior no matter what the breed is so he does not need to master dog breeds at first look to be able to serve his purpose. It will be a great help but obviously he does not need it that much.. And for sure he has greater knowledge about dogs than most of us. One simple mistake does not make him less of an amazing and gifted person

People who love, understand and take care of animals are of better quality of human beings. When I first saw you Paris I said to myself GORGEOUSNESS!! You've grown so much and have done so much that it's great to watch. On top of it all you love animals like me!!! This is how I relate to you the most. My cat literally helped me with my fear of spiders (she would play with them) and deep depression. My cat Millie would cry with me, when she saw me cry, but her fangs looked so funny and cute that I would immediately break out of it and start laughing. Animals are angels. It takes one to know one.
