Quel plaisir de voir des visages uniques et expressifs, pleins de vie, bravo mesdames, vous incarnez la beauté à la française ^^ ... ça change des visages stéréotypés et immobiles qu'on peut voir dans beaucoup d'autres vidéos.

Whenever it says "Contains paid content" - one might as well not watch. It's utterly detrimental to whatever sensible content that follows. Cause you know someone's paid to say something they might not otherwise.

It’s unfortunate and rather sad that we’ve reached a point where commercial content can leave such an impression. Advertising is a form of communication that has existed for a very long time and is everywhere (in some places, it’s more visible than in others). It’s the reason why some magazines, including ours, are able to continue operating. Ultimately, it’s up to each individual creator, magazine, platform, etc., to establish guidelines. We carefully verify each partnership we engage in, along with their products. Such partnerships also allow us to invite guests who might not otherwise be accessible. All our conversations are authentic and curated by our team. Hopefully, we can all sift through the information and form an opinion on whether it is relevant to us.

@@ParisianVibe Personally I'd rather have a section dedicated to the actual advertisement. As many other channels and influencers choose. That seems so much more honest than the native content in this video. But to each their own. And if you think this version contributes in a positive manner to your brand and channel then we're just not in agreement.

11:18 totalment d’accord. So many cleansers atm with squalene oil, and that need to be took off only with muslin cloths and that damages the barrier so much. I developed perioral dermatitis for a year because of it!!
@Serein885 күн бұрын
So squalane isn’t good ?
@thelidiaedit5 күн бұрын
@ it’s great for some people, but not for others with reactive skin or skin conditions. Especially in cleansers, formulations with squalene make it so that it becomes goopy and hard to remove (leaving so many residues on the skin that can block pores) without mechanical things like muslin cloths. But reactive skins can’t really tolerate it.

Pour moi, ce qui a vraiment changé ma peau, c'est un appareil à microcourants. J'utilise le Bear de Foreo, et je dois dire que cela fait une grande différence. Notre peau a besoin de soins, et chaque négligence se remarque rapidement.

Lots of divisiveness in the comments. I take what nuggets of information and wisdom apply to my skin type only, I don’t find it necessary to criticize the content. All the women speaking are natural beauties, and are obviously passionate about what works for them and passing their knowledge on to others. We can certainly “agree to disagree” on some points in a positive and open manner.😊

it’s funny that I’m a beauty industry expert too - I work in color cosmetics, yet I’m being called ignorant (unless you meant something else). I did read the title of the video, and I still miss, in this video, a mention about how dangerous oils and tools can be if you have skin conditions. A simple mention would do, not saying you should have had an entire portion of the video. I find it very disappointing to hear that my belief that we should display more inclusivity, even in the choice of beauty experts to showcase the products, is being called “ignorance” and being portrayed as something bad. After all, I think feedback is important for channel owners and creators too. And I don’t think I was impolite, but if you thought I was, I apologize for that

We could also be more inclusive and have people with chronic skin conditions in these talks. All the tips are completely dangerous for people with acne, eczema, rosacea, perioral dermatitis… And be honest about the fact that while there are studies about the ingredients in the products and in devices, but absolutely no evidence about massages and tools like gua sha etc. If you have rosacea, couperose, or other skin conditions, please do not use oils and gua sha tools, you’ll hurt yourself.

Thank you for watching the episode. While you make some valid points, you completely overlook the title and purpose of the video. This isn’t a topical video covering a specific skin condition like acne or rosacea; it’s understandable that a single skincare video cannot address every question about the industry or humanity. These are real women with industry expertise sharing their personal experiences. Please note how often the importance of 'finding the right routine for you and listening to your skin' was discussed. We sincerely hope people will stop using 'inclusivity' as an excuse for 'ignorance.'
