How was it ! I’m picking between this hotel and another

@Gabriela honestly, I could not fault it. The location was great. Apart from being at Westminster Bridge and big Ben, there is a beautiful Riverside promenade (by the London eye) which allows you to walk into stafalgar Square and further if you feel fit. The staff and service in the hotel was excellent so I could not recommend the hotel highly enough, enjoy London.

Thank you! I was looking at this hotel, and I’m so glad to find reviews from real customers. Luckily I don’t like sushi lol. (The one bummer is that I want a room with a view of Big Ben or the London eye, but those rooms have queen sized beds instead of king. I wonder why they didn’t put the best beds in the best rooms? It’s the one thing keeping me from booking at the moment.)

Looks like a great hotel. Been wanting to take my family to London sometime soon as I've been there a couple times now and I want them to experience it. I'm glad you showed the couch pulled out as a sofa bed. Do you think this would be adequate for a 12 year old? I really don't want to have to pay for two rooms, and it seems hard to find hotels in London with at least Two queen sized beds.

were the grounds really clean and all the paint touched up or was it showing wear and tear?

Pretty clean, maybe a little wear and tear but super nice overall.
