I dont think anyone nor anything AI in the game starts with "Park the bus" - its more of a temporary tactic. Doing this with catenaccio might be more realistic in-game.

I wonder whether you could maintain the park the bus nature of the tactic, and improve it in other ways, without the meta instructions. I've tried this in some.of my saves, and have never actually had success, I always had to change things to be more pressy and attacking

Is it Park The Bus on steroids or is it ditching the bus entirely, one step at a time 😂 Because where you ended up was literally the exact opposite in pretty much every respect. Goes to show that you shouldn't really use Park the Bus unless in very specific cases.
