Paul, I think you're sincere, but I wish I hadn't bought your product. This device should only be marketed as a hone. It doesn't truly sharpen a knife; it does a temporary job and removes none of the flaws in a knife. I bought one of these from you at this festival this year, and I really wish I hadn't spent the money. After I saw the knives I "sharpened" with your product come out with the same dings that were there before, I learned more about true knife sharpening. Your product does not remove the burred edge of the knife, and does not bring the knife to an edge that will last to cut things repeatedly and stay sharp. The only good thing I think that came of this is that I learned that true knife sharpening looks pretty easy to learn, and diamond stones are inexpensive and long lasting. I just wish I had the extra $20 to spend on the diamond stone. And yes, I followed what you did exactly and even watched some of your videos to make sure I was. What is your return policy?

Sarry, you don't like my sharpener. You are doing something wrong. It will remove small chips and nicks, and as fair as removing meatal they don't. they home just like direction say, try some other knives, if you don't like it by next year, bring it back to show I'll refund you. I'm in the same spot. Bring me any knife you can't do. I'll do it up for you. Meen while try other knives press harder if blades are really dull. Bring back of knives up higher when finishing. Oil rods too. any oil helps. They work great don't give up. I very Raley find a knife that won't sharpen.

I'm doing it exactly as you showed me, and watched some of your videos to make sure. I even watched one video where you said that people weren't doing it right, so I followed the instructions. This was our first trip to the Mansfield covered bridge festival, and I don't know if we'll attend next year. It's over a 3 1/2 hour round trip. It was nice, so we wouldn't mind going, but it's not really what I'd expect from a return policy. A diamond stone sharpens knives for real. Like I said, I didn't know what it takes to sharpen a knife until I looked at the blades after using your product and learned how to sharpen a knife because of that. Without removing metal, the dings will not be removed, and the knife won't stay sharp.
