That one screamingly day glow orange kind of smaller goniporia I think it was, towards the right side of the tank and on the bottom, wow! I dodnt think I've ever seen a more intensely colored coral than that. What a fantastic shop.

Hi amazing stuff, looking at the second display there were some wrasse in there but it was a bare bottom system. I didn't think you could do that?

Depends on the wrasse, not all are sand dwellers :)

Hi Parker! Can you or can you have your guest explain what happens to the water quality as it passes through each stage of the sump/refugium system and their reason for the way their sump is set up? Thanks great content always look forward to your next episodes
@ParkersReef8 ай бұрын
Thank you!!! I will do, but there is usually a few things that happens: 1. Mechanical filtration (socks or rollers) 2. Protein skimmer (removes organics) 3. Refugium (removes more organics) 4. Chemical filtration (targets things like phosphate with GFO) 5. Return - pumps water back to the display!

They are just some cheap temp gauges from ebay, they are not 100% accurate but quite noticeable for staff as we work past on our checks
