Parking Lot Littering ...... caught on dash cam

Seriously, how lazy can someone be? How hard is it to fine a trash can somewhere?
I was pulled into a parking lot finishing up a phone call when I saw this guy pull up and dump the contents of his cooler on the ground, and then just drive off. I think it was rotten meat🤮 . It's funny how he turns to look at it before getting back in the truck, just to make sure it's still there🤣 #shorts

Yes you can use with credit, and subscribe to my channel please. This guy just pulls up in a parking lot and dumps rotten meat from his cooler and just drives off. I don't know why he couldn't just find a trash can🤷
