Hello to the towtrucker Family. The reason the girl in the video got lucky and only had to pay $50 drop fee, was because this was a Paving job going on and the manager did not want to tow the cars in the first place, The guys who were working were also waiting on me to clear the remaining cars so they could finish the work in the designated area for this particular day. This has been common while doing paving work, as many properties will just pay us to move the cars around the property. Taking the $50 drop fee also took pressure off the manager, who was having additional residents coming in the office pissed off about their cars. Managers don't like the drama at the office. Good evening and i hope everyone is well. Thank you for watching

Yes, she was in the wrong for parking in an area that has been cautioned off for no parking. But most apartment complexes have just enough parking for their tenets and very little for even visitors. Johnny, how often is the tow cable on your truck inspected? I worry that when you're hosting a vehicle that's locked, and no ignition key to unlock shifter in neutral - the cable can and will eventually break. Snapped cable cuts like a razor when it goes in any direction it wants to. I worked on cranes, and when a crane is lifting a load- I stand very far away from the crane. I've seen many wire cables snap like broken rubber bands, and have seen one guy get cut in half. Broken cables don't discriminate on who they hurt. Same as shingles don't care either.

At 7:52 the lady says "I think I learned a valuable lesson." She also says she has only $50 cash, but that was a cop out. Johnny could have asked if she had a credit card she could pay with. She lucked out there. Her tone of voice sure changed after she came out of the office. She must have got put in her place by the office staff. I wonder, WHO called the police? Too bad she didn't get in touch with her emotional intelligence before all the drama at the office.

@nutindoin23 ай бұрын
She should have NEVER been given a Discount fee, for being rude, foul mouthed, and belligerent, in fact she should have been told to pick up the car at the impound yard, !!!!! And be charged $175 instead of $100 drop fee, !!!!!

No doubt, you are the best! Some of those people with dirty mouths need to learn to respect you and what you do. That female fake cried so she wouldn't go to jail or get a big ticket. Karma will catch up to her.😠 Stay safe out there. 🌺🐾

She'll treat the tow guy like garbage, then suddenly turn on the non-tears and act all sweet and feminine when she finds out she has no choice but to pay. I really hate that she won and only had to pay $50 when other hard working people have to pay the whole drop/tow fee.

Not sure what the law is in the USA but in the UK if someone pushes/shoves someone it is classified as Common Assault with the associated charges, conviction and penalties.
@Daniel-S13 жыл бұрын
There is also something British Transport Police call a 'verbal assault'.
@metalsurgeon91963 жыл бұрын
Mr Paul in my state we call that "simple assault" no injuries just hurt feelings and a few slaps, it's officer discretion.

i think the only reason they accepted it was because they had more cars to tow from that location possibly saving a return trip to the location

Curse and harass the staff to the point they call the police. Then when that doesn’t work start crying and play the victim. Do that and you’ll get a 50% Discount? D@mn it’s easy being a female in the modern US.

Good for you, you seem very wise. You have more patience and compassion than I do. In my job when someone comes up on me cussing especially the F word or GD I shut down and I'm done. After that no amount of money, promises, begging, pleading, threatening will work. I won't even acknowledge them. When I'm done I'm out.
