Thing is, you often cant blame the kids. Schools dont supply parking for students, and honestly they should in areas where students have to come great distances. And before you say that the school buses go everywhere, they dont. I have friends who live in the backwoods and the buses cant get to where they are leaving my friends to either drive them to school, or those kids that are old enough to drive on their own to drive to school. It's the hassle of the education system in many states not supplying the to the needs of the students and then finger pointing when its an issue.

I know all about de-escalaton. I have worked in call centers for a long time and ALOT of people do not understand what we have to go through on a day to day basis with customers. Being yelled at, belittled, talked down to, cussed at, threatened, called names, made fun of, and while the customer is doing all that, we HAVE to be respectful to them and at some call centers you cant even hang up on them you got to suck it up and deal with it. I have gotten so good at de-escalation that I can de-escalate a hostage situation most likely to be serious about it. I have turned the most violent, angry customer to a beautiful angel by the time they have been done with me. Now my dad he would not put up with it and be fired the first day on the phone, he got no chill or calm. People think customer service is a NO SKILLED JOB and it is far beyond that. It does take a toll on you after doing it for awhile. It does make you kinda dead inside after awhile
