The problem with HOAs is they have rules and regulations for everyone to follow except themselves! They usually form a tight click and make a break the rules for their own little agendas!

I love watching how you handle these situations. You are hardworking, always fair, and treat people the best you can. Too many people are entitled these days. I have a 6 yr old son with cerebral palsy, we have a handicap parking privileges... but i only use it when he is in the car. If people would take the time to read their leases and/or rules prior to moving in, that would be half the battle. If you don't like it, don't live there. The rest is stubbornness and entitlement. If a person does not speak English, they should try to get help to interpret for their protection. I'd definately do that if I ever get to live in Poland for awhile. I agree with your statement that non-consensual towing is the key to keeping properties, and parking lots looking a lot nicer. I remember watching documentaries when I was a kid. It was the broken down, busted up cars that made everything look so depressing. 😕 Stay safe, God Bless.

I got a really nice Gore-Tex rain coat with a hood and long tail for $35 off eBay. It very light weight and very water proof.. I'm in HVAC business, it's great for those cloud bursts. I also want to add, I'm 55 and my whole life I've worked for the customer. I think I'd enjoy towing or parking authority the rest of my working life. The more people griped the more I'd smile
