When I was a Towtrucker I always had my dog with me ( hes was my other set of eyes) . He was trained to sit next to me while yanking up cars. This was one of the most dangerous jobs I had for over 6 years. Later on I opened my own towing company and took care of my yard and finances. God bless you it's a hell of a job. Everyone hates us and are ready to jump us because of their stupidity. More power to you Towtrucker 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Always be safe , never turn your back at anytime and please wright your receipts sitting in your locked truck if you can while they wait outside. I had many people jumping me by surprise and injuring me. I'm a big boy but people don't care about size most of the time they catch you by surprise ( knife, gun even pepper spray). That's when I bought and trained my dog "Diesel" a 175 lbs Cane Corso to be my other pair of eyes. This reduced my risks of being jumped by 70%.
