I lived in an apartment years ago and when I got home late at night I would have to park 5 buildings away and walk. I swear some cars never moved or people would have 4 or 5 cars per unit.

That Harley looks like it rear-ended something HARD. Whole front end pressed up against the frame. At least bent forks, possible (probably) bent frame. That rider was hurtin' after that accident. If the frame is bent or damaged in any way, the bike will be at best a salvage title and a parted-out wreck at worst. Hope the rider is still with us and healing well. You always treat the bikes with respect, Towtrucker, AND you get the handicapped parking cheaters!!! Thank you!😊💜
