Honestly, I’m a patient person but I wouldn’t have lasted as long as you did dealing with her! After the second time she said “I understand but...” I’d have been hooking it up. You seem like a very kind person but don’t let them take advantage of that! I think you’re more than fair with these people. What they don’t understand is that you don’t owe them an explanation at all, you’re just doing what the office tells you to do. Most guys would put their hand up and tell them to talk to the office and leave with the car. I’ve been watching since day one, the people being towed for unauthorized handicapped parking are my favorite. Great channel, great job and a great guy...what’s not to love!

Johnny... I have known quite a few tow truck drivers. Some of them did honest work like you and some of them drove snipe trucks and generated money through peoples bad luck. You treated that woman very respectfully and honestly. And she did change her story. You yank cars...that's what you do! If you were dishonest... And the one's I have met in one way or another seems to be uneducated a_holes, I have met one that got his kicks by telling cars and the more they cried and beg the more he enjoyed his job. In Kentucky, the tag is to the owner, not the car. I do not know if they can be switched from car to car. Never lived in Georgia. Do not know. Not allowed in other places I have lived.

Years ago I used to have vehicles towed when I was a security guard. I used try and be fair with everyone in which I dealt when it came to have a car being towed. Some people are just rude, crude and full of hate. You do a great job! You are very fair when it comes to your job.
