One of the problems is every apartment complex never has enough spaces for tenants to park. Probably because they have others share the apartment and collect rent from them.... Too many cars for spaces. Chances are all the cars are there at night time and with no spaces open at that time they may have no other spaces to park. When the sun comes up, half of the spaces are emptied by people going to work so it appears there are plenty of spaces to park..... Then there are the ones who are to lazy to walk 50 feet to park in an open space.

@@scratchkitchenmeatery4905 I took it that something happened we didnt see, but Johnny later said "She had decided she didnt want to talk to the man in charge. But it seemed she had already run by the maintenance guy. Remember Johnny can't take a chance by getting the office mad at him when someone tells him they want the care GONE because his company will get fired. So maybe he thought to protect himself in case he ended up taking her word but it wasnt exactly what was said. Been watching Johnny long enough to know if he can help someone he will. He has to deal with several different people in each OFFICE. Some always give breaks once the person calls or shows up, and some never will. He doesnt have a crystal ball though.

Much of the very same. I do watch hopping for a better than before. Also, I now in the Atlanta area not far from the tow company yard. Did stop by some time ago to meet you but did not wait around to do so. I wanted to get some tips on a KZbin channel. You are certainly a gentleman and coutesous to everyone. You are an example in many ways. Blessings. One suggestion. mix it up a bit so you are not repetitive and boring. Without getting personal. your lifestyle, hobbies, food and such. Give it a try. Again Blessings..

You are right. People who say you talk to much don’t know how to deal with people, hopefully they don’t deal with people. Much better to talk than go physical and make enemies. Always respectfully to those you are dealing with. God bless and stay safe.

I can tell by the way you do things that it's something you've done for many years. And you're kind and helpful with it.

I really appreciate what you do. I am handicapped and I always use my placard. What is funny is my daughter has used it when I wasn't with her and she got fined more than once. She isn't to smart
