A prosecutor once said he's prosecuted carjackers, serial killers, robbers, fraudsters, all sorts of criminals, and they don't protest their innocence like the people he deals with nowadays in his new role as an adjudicator in traffic fine court, he says traffic court adjudicator is actually more stressful than criminal court...my take on it is, a convicted person is innocent until proven guilty, a traffic offender that receives a ticket is already told you're guilty that's y some ppl dig their heels in
